Review content:
Haus has to be the prettiest and best decorated cafe in Los Angeles. From the awesome floral wall paper, to the adorable modern couches to the sparkly chandeliers.... it's too cute. They also have these buttons on the table where you can press if you want water, the waiter or the bill.
It reminds me of being back in Tokyo, where they take their cafes very seriously.
Haus has a great selection of teas, including a ginger tea made with real ginger slices that are sitting in your cup. Great for when you have a cold. They also have this giant bowl of shaved ice with sweet red beans and some other kind of juicy concoctions that's pretty damn good. The best part of this dessert was when I bit into something so tasty and I was like, HOLD THE PRESSES, IS THIS WHAT I THINK IT IS? Fried friggin mochi! I didn't know you could fry mochi but you can! And it's sooooo gooood!
So the next time you're in K-town and have a hankerin for some fried mochi red bean milky dessert, come on down to Haus.
