Review content:
Had some work done by this company, and am disappointed in their quality and customer service.\r \r Technical expertise is horrible.\r -- doesn't know the first thing about proper duct work. Had never heard of a splitter vane in a radius elbow. Thinks return air is pulled and therefore doesn't need to be concerned about friction losses. (A common mistaken belief)\r \r The load calc they did was so overdone I can only assume they were trying to upsell more equipment. They came up with 10 tons of A/C needed for my house. A proper load calculation showed I only needed 5.\r \r When approached about it, they're response was ""This is the way we've done things for 30 years"" If you want work done by a company who's prideful that they're still using 1980's know-how, give 'em a call. You'll get 1980's efficiency too.\r \r Don't waste your money buying HVAC equipment from them, because any high efficiency unit you spend money on is useless if the ductwork is horribly inefficient. Pros: Conveniently Located Cons: Won't listen to customer -- horrible technical knowledge -- way behind the times
