March 2013\r \r This business has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered in addition to offering little or no acceptable repair service! The first week of December 2012, I called for service on my dishwasher and my in cabinet ice maker. The repairman came to my house (for a $45.00 service charge), stated the problem with the dishwasher was relatively minor, said the parts would have to be ordered and could be repaired within a week. The ice maker, in his opinion, needed freon and he removed it from the cabinet and took it to the shop. The next week the repairman returned with a small part he stated was new and a second small part that he stated had been removed from an old machine at the shop. Total of maybe 10 minutes and nearly $400.00!!!! The ice maker was being ""worked on"" and would be returned the next week---mid December. After too many phone calls to count, the ice maker was returned to me the first week of March 2013---3 months after it was picked up--and UNrepaired!! Only explanation---can't be fixed, need a new one! Oh, and by the way, you owe another $45.00 for returning your UNrepaired appliance 3 months after it was picked up! Total bill almost $500.00!!! Really??!!!!\r The serviceman was very polite. The driver who returned the ice maker was very polite. The man, who implied he was the owner, was rude and dismissive. \r I would NOT recommend this business!
