Mike was excellent to work with from the planning stage (with many suggestions) to the reviewing stage (measuring and making changes), to the Del Webb ARC committee meeting ( developing plans, submitting them, and attending the meeting). When we were refused, Mike worked with the county, residents of Del Webb and the committee to work the issues and ultimately with his help, the county and Del Webb were able to update some requirements as we are an over 55 community. Mike than came back to finalize plans and quickly implemented them. Mike did not stop there, he supervised construction, worked with other contractor when needed and checked all work when competed. When completed we wanted some additional drainage and a light, Mike was right there and acted quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend him without hesitation. Tina Frisher
