i have used this facility often for day care and my dog loves it! he gets out of the car so excited and hurries up the stairs ahead of me to get in. the staff is absolutely dog crazy and the day crew is very experienced. they know how to take a ""new"" dog and integrate him slowly into a play room so he has a good time and is not stressed out. i have watched their trainers often and am amazed at how they have turned around some very nervous and stressed rescued dogs.. these dogs now run up those stairs too and give the staff kisses. i do think however that their boarding rooms could be nicer, they are made of wood and must be hard to keep clean. but for day care and training with an experienced and loving staff... great!
