For too long we have persevered with this nationwide behemoth. The last straw came when they didn't make our consultation appointment for the summer spring/summer season of 2012, or even call to apologize for not doing so. Throughout the day I called to check on the status and each time they couldn't give me an answer or even an apology. We were a customer for many years and each year we had an issue of some sort to fix. Last summer they did such a terrible job that they gave us the whole year of treatments for free, that is after I threatened to bring it to the attention of the better business bureau. They said that they would make an extra effort this year. Not. Happily we have found a smaller and much more capable local competitor. Speaking as an experienced business owners and gardeners I urge you not to give these inconsiderate numbskulls the time of day...
