Terrible experience! I made an appointment for myself to look at bridal gowns & made an appointment after mine for my daughter to look at junior bridesmaid dresses. My appointment went downhill fast. The ENTIRE appointment, the consultant kept excusing herself & it was very clear I was not her focus & she was helping other clients. I was only given the catalog to look at to make choices. When I was finished looking, it was clear she was too busy with someone else to even care if I made a choice. I was waiting by the exit with my jacket on for 5 minutes when the consultant said ""oh ya, you had an appointment for your daughter too?"" My reply, no thanks, we are leaving"". Went to the next store & bought my dress and my daughters dress.....David's lost out on a $1000 sale from me!
