I have been going to...another large home improvement store in the area for my HI needs. I recently went to Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon instead, simply because it was on my way home, and the customer service superseded anything I had ever experienced anywhere else, especially at the aforementioned ""other place."" I had three different sales associates offer me help in finding what I was looking for, which I love because the size of that place can be intimidating. Once I was directed to it, the man who showed me which shelf my product was on didn't just leave me there, but he kept asking me questions about the nature of my project, which actually saved me from buying the wrong thing. He was very helpful and seemed happy to be offering me assistance. In fact, everyone was very friendly and seemed happy to be working their jobs. Rather than having to wait behind 5 other people to be greeted by a grumpy face who didn't want to be there, my cashier happily invited me to her register and treated me with value and respect. Overall it was a superb shopping experience and I raved about it to my family the rest of the afternoon. I love the environment and excellent service Home Depot offers. I probably won't ever go anywhere else again.
