Having seen it in Miami Spice, we decided to give a try to this little gem in our backyard. If you drive too quickly you might miss it, but do not let its small appearance fool you; it is by far the best French Bistro in town.\r The place is immaculate and cozy. The staff is very friendly and extremely attentive. \r Now let's go to the food... I started with the water crest endive salad and my husband chose the country-style pate. Both were superb; the dressing in the salad was delicate and well balanced, and even the walnuts tasted homemade. According to my husband (I don't eat pork) the pate was excellent. \r As entrees, I chose the skirt steak with caramelized shallots and pomme frites. The meat was perfectly cooked to our specifications and the flavor was phenomenal. My husband could not have been happier with his duck confit which was perfectly seasoned and accompanied by sliced potatoes cooked in rendered duck fat and garnished with garlic and parsley. \r Dessert was equally memorable, my creme caramel had an exquisite consistency and delicate flavor. My husband's blackberry/cabernet sorbet was out of this world, one of the best sorbets we have tried (my husband is a sorbet fan). \r All in all it was a great experience which was complemented by the fact that we felt very welcomed with our 2 and a half month old baby. This might be our little rendevouz place for special occasions.\r Our compliments to the chef and staff!!!
