Review content:
Fifth Avenue Lumber needs to properly train their employees on the proper customer service etiquitte. Westport Homes has decided to contract with Fifth Avenue Lumber company for the Summit Ridge Area. Every morning I wait for my daughter’s bus (before 8:00AM) to arrive. This morning as we wait the driver for this company comes barreling in an attempt to turn a very narrow corner. I look to see if he is going to clear when I notice he is not I slowly carefully attempt to inch back but to no avail the driver does not seem to want to stop. I open my window to signal him to stop and he opens his door in a rage, gets out of his car (in front of my daughter, the mother and kids across the street, and the bus driver that is now behind him) and starts yelling at me to move back. I am utterly appalled at the actions of this company. One, this company is in my neighborhood before 8:00am and we have children in the midst of trying to catch the bus to go to school. This employee of Fifth Avenue company was VERY unprofessional in front of us as residents (including children) in this neighborhood. Building companies should think twice before you contract with this company for a residential neighborhood home build.
