Businiess name:  Chevrolet Cadillac of Goldsboro

Review content:
If you want to be lied to or have your car tinkered on in ways you have not authorized, then Chevrolet Cadillac of Goldsboro is the place for you! However, if you're like me, you want to be treated fairly and honestly, and not find out your car's engine has been messed with in an unauthorized way after you take the car home. I had my car in to get the hood and front windshield replaced--that's it. The Body shop lied to me more than once on when my vehicle would be finished. The clerk lied about calling me to tell me my vehicle was ready (I didn't have anything on my voice mail or on the caller ID). A day after taking my car home, it overheated. In fact, it overheated 2 more times. My husband checked the engine and radiator and discovered that someone had disconnected the fan. The mechanics/technicians were not authorized to touch my radiator or engine. They were only allowed to replace the hood and front windshield. Thank goodness my insurance company guaranteed the service of CCOG. I am really dissatisfied and will think TWICE about going back for any reason!
