RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! Today, myself and 6 co-workers came to Sage Perimeter Mall for a birthday celebration. When we walked in, we mentioned to the waitress and server that it was really cold in the restaurant. The waitress said, ""Well I don't know what else to tell you but there is the door."" We still sat down after the rude comment but asked to speak with a manager. After a 5-10 minute wait, the manager, Kristin came over. When I was telling her what occurred, she was already on the ""DEFENSIVE"" about the heat. She said, ""The heat is working hard it is a very large building. Unfortunately, it is alot colder today than it was yesterday."" I tried to explain to her that we could deal with the temperature of the restaurant but the rude treatment would not be tolerated. While I explaining this to her, the server overheard me and started laughing about the comment. Kristin said, ""Well who said this?"" We told her it was the server and she began to defend her. She said, ""She told you there is the door because we don't want our customers to be uncomfortable."" We all got up and left. This was very poor customer service. The team of co-workers that stopped by work in Marketing and Customer Service at Arby's. You just missed out on atleast a $140 lunch check. We will not be back and will spread the word to all of the 300 or so employees at the support center. We really loved your establishment and had great times in the past but no one is going to pay $20 a head for lunch and be treated rudely.
