Review content:
These people are cut-throat. If you want to find an apartment in the city easily, they will help, but their brokers work only for Partridge, will show you only their properties, and they own a lot of buildings. Once you are in, kiss the customer service goodbye. The ladies in the office (all related to Partridge) are rude, and you will be at the mercy of your super. God help you if you get the moody one I had to deal with (who screamed at me so loud my neighbor across the hall could hear). Also, a friend rented from them from Ohio, and after arriving in the city, found out that the apartment had been grossly misrepresented by the broker. They did let her out of her lease, but her broker's fee was never refunded.
