I called to discuss the things I wanted to fix in my house and the guy over the phone ( the manager ) said that they'd be able to fix everything and that it would take them a couple of hours. The worker came and spent 7 hours! And not only didn't he finish the work, he was not experienced. He spent an hour on trying to fix a lock after which he said he couldn't do it. I called and asked Brooke to have the manager call me but he never did. When I got the bill, I called them up to discuss but the manager became very defensive and couldn't even let me express myself and he started yelling. This is a terrible way of doing business! And what's funny is they had called me about my balance which they claimed was overdue(!) even though I hadn't gotten the invoice!! They are a bunch of amateurs. RUDE AND INCOMPETENT. DO NOT HIRE THEM.
