Review content:
I found this place on amazon deals , and bought the 50$ deal as I was looking for a new acupuncturist as I am relatively new to Boston. I booked an appointment for last Saturday at 8 am and made a mistake thinking it was Sunday when entered into my phone. I realized at 9 am on Sat and wrote Debra an email immediately. She called me and was very angry with me telling me that ""she was now just sitting there twiddling her thumbs"". I apologized and explained the error. She asked for my amazon voucher number saying that I should understand. She seemed angry and pushy. I did not give her the voucher. She asked me if I could like to book another appointment and I did so for today at 10:30 am. I went to her session despite being hesitant about having her do a session given that she was angry. I went for the session, I did not find it very good and did not get much feedback from her after going through my medical history. After the session she asked if i wanted to book another one. I asked her for a pamphlet and prices and she told me I owed her 75$ for today. She went on to explain that her time was valuable and since I missed my first session my voucher that I paid for was no longer valid I owed an additional 75$. She said she normally charges $100. I told her how that was not the conversation that we had and I would call amazon. She said it was not between Amazon and that she had explained this to me. There was NEVER any mention of being charged an additional $75.00\r I left and said ""sorry about this"" and she said ""yes you should be"".\r \r I found Debra to be misleading and experience to be a negative one. I would not recommend this place.
