\r Our experience @ Santanna Row began with a free pass that myself & friend shared--to try it out.\r The yoga studio & interiors are very nice. The yoga was okay, but with a gym-like practice. \r I had called before about mats, and they told me that they had mats. However, when we get there they do not have mats to use. \r We also had to give a lot of personal-information to get into the club & were told that since we weren't members, we may steal something (yes we were told this--even though we were ""trying out"" the club (ie. we were potential CUSTOMERS)). When we spoke with the manager about what they would actually do with this information, we were told that it would be shredded at the end of the night. We then asked why they needed the information and were told that if something goes missing, then they needed to find us (as if the club's members can't steal something), we were also told that it was for ""our protection"". I was just offended that when we tried out the club, it was implied that we would steal something. The manager could also not keep her story straight about and come up with a credible reason as to why we needed to provide our driver's license number, birthdate, phone number & address. It basically seemed like they needed our information because that was their policy (which would've been ok, if the manager had seen fit to tell us that...).\r Overall, I found the staff at Club One Santanna Row to be untrustworthy (or just out to lunch) and offensive. Pros: nice and new club, nice interior, steam rooms Cons: staff
