We are saddened by the fact that lady of portland was dissatisfied with her service at All About Automotive. She could not get her 1977 Ford Mustang II through DEQ. We got her authorization to diagnose the problem, and based upon our testing we obtained her authorization to perform a carburetor and valve adjust, and a complete tune up. We then took the vehicle through DEQ, it passed and got the new tags installed on the vehicle and the registration updated for her. There were other recommendations of items needed on the vehilce, which were not performed at the time, but it did run o.k. When we were told months later that it was not running well, we offered to take a look at it and see what was causing the driveability issue, she said that she would bring it in. Unfortunately, we have never seen the vehicle or customer since that time.
