I was provided with timely information and my vehicle was delivered the day promised.
The quality of the repairs were outstanding; in the past I had to do some repairs of other vehicles I used to own (BMW, AUDI ) and I always preferred to take the cars back to the dealer since I though the repairs were going to be according to the manufacturer standards, it turned out that both times the service and paint job was lousy, even a BMW dealer paint the repaired part of the car with another tone of the color and I have to take the car back to be repainted also the windshield was full of small drops of paint and my car end up in the dealer shop for more that 2 weeks. The people of A Auto Tech did a and outstanding job I receive my car clean like I just took it out of the showroom, excellent customer service, by far my best experience with a repair shop in Miami
