Review content:
I have been going here for as long as I can remember and it seems that every time I leave there I have am regretting going there. Both Dr. Forsyth and Dr. Bedsole are very condescending and rude. Maybe it's because I am a young female who also works in the healthcare industry or maybe they have something written on my chart that puts them in a bad mood, because I have never left there and felt like it was a good experience. I hate that I am writing a bad review because the office staff is very helpful and so are the glasses associates (the man is awesome, he made sure my glasses were perfect before I left last week!!). My family used to come here for their eye exams as well and switched a few years ago because of this situation. I had recently switched my eye doctor but she was unavailable the week I needed an appointment so I came back to this place because I was desperate and felt like it couldn't be THAT bad... But it was.
