I had a lot of water in my basement and had a bunch of companies out to look at my issue. Everyone of the companies had their own "SPECIAL" piping system and promotions. I went through 3 different companies that were high pressure sales with all their tricks and stuff. The Homepsec guy came in and explained to my wife and I what was going on, why it was happening and how to fix the issue. The price was a little higher than some of the other companies out there but the job they did and the time the foreman took to explain things to us was well worth the extra. It was only a few hundred dollars more but I was much more comfortable with the sales guy and with the companies reputation (I went on and searched a lot on all the copmpanies and couldn't find anything bad on Homespec). It just came down to comfortability and they proved why they have such a good reputation.
