I purchased a bed last year (2012) after a lot of online research. I bought a McKinley mattress/foundation. I got a good deal, but didn't realize that the foundation was so high, so I ended up having to purchase a low-boy for $50 so that I could get in bed without a step ladder. I follow the warranty closely, turning/rotating the mattress (double-sided) as it says to do & haven't had any major issues. Since I got such a good deal on my bed, I looked to Furniture Palace (again after much research) for a regular recliner. In March 2013 I bought a Best Chair wall-recliner. So far it's great, very comfortable for my 5'5" body. The only thing that I have noticed is that it's hard to "decline" or go from full recline back to seating because the foot sticks a little. Other than that, I like the fact that it has sinuous springs in the seat & is all metal (no plastic) parts/screws, etc. The manager, Chuck, was very helpful & knowledgeable.
