I had someone repair my sliding doors less then a year ago and some of them did slide but not very well and they still had air leaks. I know my doors are over twenty years old and I do live on the beach with all of the elements that go along with that. The approach you took with each aspect of the operation of the doors as well as methods to repair the air leaks were very impressive to say the least. You took the time to explain why different materials and methods yield very different results. I can truly say that if all service company's provided the level of service you did there would be a lot more satisfied customers.
