I was very disappointed. The teachers act as if you are bothering them.The Director is not approachable, she talks down to you and acts like she cares, not geniune. My bills were always incorrect. They have a very unorganized way of doing the billing. Also expected me to pay for the whole month and than pay extra/another tution for Christmas and Easter. The place looks dingy, smells like mold and very antiquated. Kids cant move on to appropriate age group class unless they are potty trained. Many times i picked my toddler up and he was with the infants. My child was always sick. ONLY after the CT shootings did they decide to use the door locks!! and then its a weird set up. NOT very structured. I moved my child to another place and he has not been sick all the time, i never have issues with the billing and the Directors are approachable and understanding. No more billing issues. MOST of all he is with toddlers his own age group and not held back because he is not potty trained.
