I went into the local office to downgrade my service due to a price increase, the wait was extremely long about 25 mins, but the lady who helped me was very professional. She was able to lower my bill for another 12 months without have to lose any services I currently have, this is something no one else at the toll free customer service was able to accomplish, I recommend anyone having an increase in their bill deal directly with your local office, this experience regained my trust with time warner cable.
