Sometimes you have one of those days, and everything just seems to go wrong with your car. Its nice to find a mechanic you can trust - and I found one at Bill's! Scott went out of his way to explain (in easy to understand terms) what he needed to do to fix the problems, and the car was ready when promised with no extra charges.
