FIRST OF ALL, problem started with my helping my wife clean and moving stuff around. long story short...sprung a leak or two below the kitchen sink. called another company first(around 3pm) said someone would be here between 5-7pm. around 8pm, tech called and said it would be first thing in the am...next day called back and they would let me know when tech could come by later in the pm....not too happy at this point....called art's around 1030 am and talked to the guys there and they assured a tech would be here between 12-1pm. oohh to my surprise they WERE here right at 12 and louis(tech) has been nothing but professional, courteous, friendly, knows his business. it's nice to see techs that actually give some concern about their work as opposed to just another dude ""doing their job"". they give you several different scenerios(sp) as to what you need done, and will work with you on them. i would recommend them and louis anytime thank you
