Review content:
I typically do not take the time to write reviews of businesses on the internet. However, after the experience I had at Liberty, I felt I had to share. I came in this past Sunday looking for new vehicles for me and my wife. Although only one of us drove off in a new GMC, we were both so pleased with our experience. Typically, when you head into the dealership, you are quickly shuffled off to some back corner and made to stay there for hours while you haggle over nickels and dimes. At the end of it, you are tired, worn out, and willing to sell you firstborn child to go home. This was absolutely NOT the case at Lliberty. Our customer service was superb. We were in the middle of the showroom for the majority of the time (until, obviously, we needed to sign papers). We never once felt pressure or coerced. Everyone from the sales person to the manager were friendly and treated us with respect. They did everything they could to accommodate us.
We drove out from Concord to buy the car from Liberty because of the reviews on line (we have a dealership 5 minutes from our house). It was worth the extra time on the road. I would HIGHLY recommend Liberty to anyone interested in a GMC or Buick!
