Worst flowers/service!\r

I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's day and figured it would be perfect. WRONG!!! They showed up and the arrangement was HALF the size I was told. I took pictures and held up rulers and it was so sparse that it was just some flowers thrown in a vase. I compared the arrangement in front of me with the one online and there was nothing similar. I called the delivery man and he fought on the phone and spat out, ""do you want more babies breath""??? No, I want the arrangement I ordered. ""Well we were running low on flowers due to the holiday."" They weren't the least bit concerned that the order was half assed. It's your job as a business to be prepared for holidays....not mine. I used to do this for a living! So never got a response. I called up the company I put the order in with and they felt so bad that they put the order in with the florist I wanted to begin with. I will NEVER use them again!!! Worst experience ever with a florist!
