Just a note to tell you what a great experience it was, and always is, at Furniture Fair Cold Springs. The salesman who helped us, Eamon, remembered who we were even though it had been a long time since we'd purchased anything, or for that matter, even been in the store.....\r

It is really refreshing to go into a store where the staff is knowledgeable about their products. They must spend a lot of time on training, because Eamon knew all the different brands and what made one better suited for us based on price and quality. We did not purchase the furniture for our basement yet but are sure to return there when we are ready. I really like that there was no heavy pressure when it was clear we were not ready to make a decision that day.\r

Finally, let me just say that clearly we could purchase furniture at any of a number of places, but it is the people and the service that keeps us coming back to this particular store. I'm not sure how the employees are trained, but there are some things you just can’t teach. Our salesperson was really great, a natural, and we would highly recommend him to anyone.
