Review content:
We ended up at this hotel after ""escaping"" Disney. We had been at one of the resorts, and were unceremoniously crowded out by a huge convention. We did a quick internet search and ended up here. It is older, but extremely clean and comfortable, and half the price of the Disney ""experience."" The staff was friendly and helpful. It is centrally located in Winter Park, just a few blocks from the chic shopping and dining district, and near plenty of other restaurants and stores. It is a large hotel, with a couple of buildings. Our room was in the rear of a back building and it was blissfully quiet. No noisy air conditioner! For some reason, breakfast was not offered in the restaurant, though it was advertised. It would have been convenient.
