Review content:
We had some AC problem in the summer, they came out, and told us what needed to be done, but it would cost us a lot of money. They also gave us a short term solution, so we went for it.
This winter, when we came back from our vacation, our heater fan was making some loud noise, we didn't know what it was, so we called Savage again. They came out the next day, found out that the label from the heating unit up in the attic got loose and was stuck on the fan, that was why it was making that noise. They went ahead and charged us $70 for the trip for coming out to get that piece of paper out of the fan. Not sure if that was worth $70...
We've been using them for years, they're reliable and reasonable, but they may not be the fastest to service from my experience.
