Review content:
We booked with Greenbee parking for BWI and when we arrived we were told there was no parking available and we would have to park elsewhere. Also told to contact Greenbee for a refund. Very inconvenient, 3 oclock in the morning with three kids on our family vacation. We've called Greenbee half a dozen times, every time talking to someone with such a thick Indian (I think) accent that its very hard to understand, though I understood when initially told they would not refund our money! After demanding to be transferred to a manager and waiting for call backs and calling and calling and have still not received a refund 10 days later. Useless and a scam as far as I 'm concerned.
