Review content:
Plumberman installed a natural gas water heater in our home which has no natural gas service, only propane. When we discovered their mistake, they refused to accept responsibility for their negligence and to replace the water heater with a propane model. Per the manufacturer this water heater cannot be converted to run on propane so replacement is the only option. Plumberman has tried every trick to avoid responsibility for their work including suggesting that someone was falsifying their invoices (I also have two cancelled checks and a written statement from the home warranty company verifying that Plumberman was assigned the job). USE THIS CONTRACTOR AT YOUR PERIL!
