Worst experience I have ever had in a garage. Their service department are crooks who look to take advantage of their customers . I had to remind the guy who was helping me that I was in fact a customer, as he was extremely disrespectful when I refused the overpriced and unnecessary repairs he tried to force me to get by way of a failed inspection, then proceeded to threaten to report anyone who passed my Chevrolet Truck to the state. Basically, he thought because I needed and inspection, it was a good opportunity to force me to get over $1900 of work done or not pass my truck. Took it to a real mechanic, who said everything was fine just replace a bulb on my stop bar (cost me $5.00).
Let me just repeat for emphasis. I went in for an inspection. I left with a failed inspection, a threat that anyone who passed me would be reported, and a estimate for $1930.44 to replace a front strut and a ball joint. I am guessing they count on most of their customers not knowing when they are being swindled.
