Based on the reviews I read online I thought that this was an honest and reputable company. I took my car to Kevin's to get an estimate on having my transmission replaced. The estimate was more than I had to spend at that time. Rather than lose a sale, the salesperson suggested that I file a false claim with my auto insurance company. He told me that I should call them and tell them that I hit a pot hole in the road that caused my transmission to fail. He then pointed to two other vehicles that were being fixed under false insurance claims. I took my car and left. I later went to file a report with the BBB because their website and the plaque on their wall both state that Kevin's is a member, but that is a lie too!!!
