Review content:
This was our first time using a professional mover while moving out of a three- storey town home into a single storey house. I found Green Van Lines movers on a review site and based on the reasonably priced quote and glowing reviews, I decided to move with them. We talked to their representative over phone and based on our inventory list they offered us a quote. One of their representatives got back to me right away through a mail. It really set the right tone for me right away. Since I wanted everything to be just perfect right from the very beginning, I found the representative pretty dutiful in all his correspondence. This gave me a feeling that the representative is going to get the job done right.
The move was scheduled for 7:15 on a Friday morning. The crew including three gentlemen arrived a few minutes earlier and swung into action. They were all very friendly and right off the bat. They immediately chalked out a plan about the entire moving procedure and soon got down to business. All the paperwork was taken good care off.
They came well-prepared with blankets, shrink wrap, bubble-wraps, tape and other necessary items to keep the items safe from the extraneous intervention like rain, dust, scratches etc. They wrapped all my belongings with utmost care to ensure that the items reach safe and unhurt. Nothing was damaged (except for a pair of glass that broke in a box, but that was my fault for doing a poor wrap). I was immensely overwhelmed with their performance. Though they did everything very fast but the implementation of their planning was entirely flawless. Well, I believe that’s what expertize is all about. Yes, they are expert in shouldering any sort of responsibilities pertaining to relocation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend and we will certainly keep them in mind for our next move. You guys are just a complete package and surely deserve 5 stars!
