We knew we needed new roof and siding when purchased home. Self-evident to the naked eye. That's why every place we called estimated and quoted ridiculously high! We saw Capital Home Improvements working down the street and inquired. The owner (amazingly!) gave us a very fair and reasonable quote. ALSO owner (humbly!) asked about our financing and if he could try to do better for us with his contact. Then he DID! We couldn't believe it b/c we didn't know him...ya know, not family doesn't owe us anything...so...anyway the job is done! We now have a sellable (for 50 yrs!) Owens Corning roof and no more painting with the brand new siding! We did run into some issues (the job was extensive!) BUT all was promtly dealt-with and they NEVER asked us for ANY more money!!! THANK GOD WE GOT THAT ONE, LAST QUOTE!!! We are pleased to now-know you, Paul Conklin! :) Thank you for being fair, up-front and responsive. Thank you for dealing with the enormity of our home repair and in a timely fashion. We wish you all the best, we will keep you in mind for future repairs, and (haha) we hope you make enough money someday to get those very-shiny dumpsters! :) Thumbs up, friend!
