I was referred through Home Depot after our gas water heater gave out.I had a rare and expensive type of water heater, which made me want to look at some other options. Jason and Wade worked with me all the way through the process to get the best option I could. I just got an electric installed this week, so I can't speak to any warranty issues, but I am very happy with it so far.
