I purchased a water heater through Home Depot. Fast Water Heater Company is the company that they use for installations. I was contacted by Fast Water Heater Company after using the Home Depot website to list my contact information for installation. The representative called within fifteen minutes. The representative discussed the various water heaters as well as basic installation pricing. Afterward an appointment was made that met my needs.
The technician arrived promptly (Benito). Benito discussed my situation and everything that was needed to install a water heater that met the building codes for my particular city. All told the cost from the original "basic installation" quote went up which I completely expected this so it was no surprise.
After agreeing to the final price Benito installed the water heater. Benito was professional, courteous and conscientious of my property. I am very pleased with the water heater as well as the installation. I would recommend this company. I have only one experience with this company but based on this experience I would recommend them.
