I recently replaced my flooring and had to get rid of all the old carpet - i figured it would cost a fortune to dump. I called Rainbow customer service and found out they will pick up to 10 items for free - up to 4 times a year! All I had to do was tie up the carpet rolls into bundles and leave them next to my trash carts -Rainbow scheduled the pick up on my regular trash day. They hauled it all away for free and even took the few extra pieces I put out. Great Service!
