Worst company to deal with! Their "" customer"" service is absolutely deplorable. Have asked to speak to a supervisor only to get a voice mail and no return phone calls. No reponse to emails sent to their contact information.They have missed several trash pick ups at my place, only to blame it on a problem that does not exist. Get nothing but a run around with never a resolution to any problem. When you do reach an actual person, you get told you are in the wrong and get dumped off to a voice mail to speak with a supervisor that I am not sure even exists! Wish HB would reconsider who they do business with for waste management. I am writing the City Council as well as seeking legal advice to see if any action can be brought against Rainbow Disposal. I am done messing around...period!
