Review content:
My husband had an appointment with Dr. Cooley on a Friday and he called the office the Tuesday before his appointment to ask a question. They informed him Dr. Cooley wouldn?t be in the office the day of his appointment. My husband had already taken off from work and would not be able to take off again for another month. Following this event, I called to see if my husband?s pain medication could be refilled because the tooth was causing him a great deal of pain and it was now going to be a month until it was removed. I was told that I would be given a call back the next morning. No one gave me the curtsey of a call the next day, so I called and was told (in an unsympathetic and accusatory tone) that the pain medication could not be refilled. The staff made me feel embarrassed for asking for more medication (my husband had the pain medication a month and a half before I made this call, so we were obviously not abusing the medication). Unless you are able to cater to the scheduling needs of this office and don?t expect to be called back, choose a different dentist.
