Review content:
Brought in our 4Runner for repairs from a rear-end collision and were given a quote. After much confusion with our truck and another customers my wife went to pick it up and it was not ready. When she went again to pick it the next day she found that all of the damage was not repaired. We were told it was missed in the estimate even though it was pointed out to the estimator and would cost an additional $340.00 to fix. When talking to the president of the company about the situation I was hung up on and forced to talk to the office manager when I called back. This is not how professionals do business and they will never get any of mine again!
