Staff is rude and Dr. Jaffe is hardly ever in the office. I've been there several times where they didn't have a certified vet during office hours.They called in a vet from another location. The vet seemed never to know the correct diagnosis and quickly sent me away with antibiotics. It was always over $100 no matter what the circumstance! One time the on call vet sent me away with the wrong diagnosis and medication. That evening I had to rush my pet to the emergency hospital. I am writing this because my precious pet almost didn't make it. So please save yourself the money,time and aggravation and go to a vet that is more knowledgeable and has a caring staff!!!!!!!Avoid the scam!!!!!!!!
