Dr Natt from Serra Veterinarian Practice is the most amazing vet.
I have been to other vets in the area and although they are all knowledgeable and caring, in my opinion, none of them compare to the expertise show by Dr. Natt and his staff.
The surgery may not look completely modern from the outside but don’t be fooled. You must decide what you’re looking for ……
an outside that looks like a designer's been hired to stage it?
or outstanding medical care at a very reasonable price for your pet?
The entire place - front and back, is spotless.
The entrance is warm and friendly
The staff always have clean uniforms
The products on display are always fresh and never outdated
And informational videos play quietly in the lobby
Cost?
Much less than other vets and the service provided is totally up to the minute. I have even been given medication for my cat when she developed a kidney infection.
When I didn't have the heart to stab her every other day with a needle to give her fluids, the staff would do it for me - no charge!
Medical Knowledge?
I have not come across such a well read veterinarian and his staff, who keep up to date with the latest medical technology.
Staff?
I cannot speak more highly of their dedication and kindness. Call on the phone or in person, and you will get someone who makes you and your pet's needs the most important thing on the agenda.
Emergencies are dealt with swiftly and efficiently but always with a calmness that takes the stress out of the formula.
People need to go and check this place out and make your own judgment to see if this is the right vet for you – Serra Vet is certainly right for me!
