This Morning My Dad Passed away, and I called O'Connor Funeral Home to Speak a Mr. Robert Potter LFD who was more concerned about his bottom line then he was about assisting my family with our loss. As a Mortuary Science Graduate I would have never treated me. He was Robert Potter LFD who was totally disrespectful from the very start. I could not believe my ears when he answered the funeral homes phone like a person who works in a sandwich shop. There was "No I am Sorry for your loss. It was like he was unconcerned about my loss and out of touch. I will most defiantly say that it was a scene out of a Movie. I would never recommend this Funeral Service to any of my friends for the reasons cited above. These people are not practicing funeral service they are practicing out right Hackery... I SAY TO YOU AS A MORTUARY SCIENCE GRADUATE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE THAT RESPECTS FAMILY. THEY WILL HURT YOUR FAMILY AND CONSUMER BEWARE.... This Funeral Home and it Proprietor should hang their heads in SHAME. THEY GAVE FUNERAL SERVICE A BLACK EYE CONSUMER BEWARE...
