I got a quote from Bill and he said he'd be out to do the work soon. He never showed up and I called 3 weeks later. He said he'd be out Saturday at 9:00. He didn't show up, so I called and left a message. Bill called back later and said he'd be out that afternoon. Then he called again and said he couldn't make it. There were no apologies at any point. This guy just didn't want the work -- I wish he'd have just said "no thanks" rather than making excuses and giving me the runaround. I do not recommend this company!!
