Thank you so very much for taking care of all of our mortgage needs in a timely matter. It means a great deal to me and does say a lot about you when a potential life altering transaction is taken care of in our absence. All we had to do was come home and sign the papers. Also, your choice of Chicago Title should be acknowledged; they were great! So again, many thanks for your expertise in this matter. I hope you and your family have a blessed Christmas and holiday season. PS: The Harry and Dave gift basket was a yummy and totally unexpected surprise. Thank you! You had already far exceed my expectations and this took you right over the top!
