Jeff (owner) at Clarkston windows is fabulous. Tim wrote up the bid and was friendly & respectful (not pushy like the salesmen at some other window companies). However, before purchasing, I wanted to go to their showroom and see their products in person. Jeff spent easily an hour showing me the features of the Northstar windows they recommended. Their price was exceptionally competitive, too, but the quality was better than the windows available from Lowes for the same price. Also, the Northstar windows allowed any configuration of the grid lines (grilles), whereas the windows from Lowes had limited configurations. They could have tried to upsell me to more expensive windows, but that's not how they operate. The Northstar windows were an exceptional quality at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier. I enthusiastically recommend Clarkston, hands-down!
