Thomas has been our pest control technician for several years. He is very courteous, amiable, attentive to our needs and always sensitive to our property and belongings – including the animals! At times when we happen to see him he demonstrates outstanding customer service skills. Customers are our business and we sincerely appreciate Thomas as one who exemplifies what our business is built upon.
